You know that idea we all have of the fantastic, neighbourhood pub? With cold drinks, nostalgic vibe, great food and somewhat quirky but really cool owner? This is it. The pizzas are very good, drinks are true and cold. This is an easy choice for a casual evening out and prices are very reasonable. Very cost effective drink specials. The pizza is good but the other menu items were not as expected. The bar area is very inviting. The place can host big party groups. The parking is somewhat limited. There is a good crowd that hangs out there. Price per person R 150–200 Food: 2 Service: 3 Atmosphere: 4

There's always been lots of cars here, so we always planned to come try the food. Today we decided to stop and try the food. We were surprised to find it to be a pub rather than a restaurant with a nice look but, everyone that came in knew each other and we struggled to get the owner or one of hia family members to take our order. The food prices were not bad, but my husband felt the "hot" chic liver starter wasn't "hot" at all and had more relish than chic livers. My creamy chic livers were nice and the pizza was true Italian style. We just felt like we were "outsiders"... I never got to eat here, but I loved the concept and layout of the restaurant. I'm sure folks who have stopped off to eat here, have had a true and authentic experience. I'll definitely be stopping off in future. Atmosphere: 4

Had breakfast, I have to say most people are extremely picky with breakfast foods like eggs, toast, and bacon, all of which have different points of perfection for each individual person so It wasn't 11/10 but delicious and great value. .My first time ordering from Franco's and what a disaster. Never again. My Hawaiin burger was a bun with 1 patty, nothing else. Miss Pigy burger looked like it was in a accident. Food: 1 Service: 1
