We came for Valentine’s Day today and that was our first mistake. 😩 Hostesses and waiters all looked super stressed. We were seated at 745 for a 730 reservation in bar seating and my chair was super wobbly. We had to ask for the bread basket three times; it finally came after 30 minutes of being seated. We were hopeful for the food though due to all the positive reviews. We thought the calamari would be a safe choice but the calamari was tough and extra chewy. Linguine con vongole was pretty good, but my bucatini with mushroom sauce was so bland. It stated that it came with a creamy sauce but it was super watery and lacked flavor. The best thing we ordered was honestly the side of sausage and peppers which was yummy. So maybe the red sauces are the ones to stick to ordering if you come here. Our waiter did not check on us at all during our dinner entrees; when he came when we were finished, we immediately asked for the check. Maybe on a normal night this is a great place to go, but we left so disappointed by the lack of quality and service that we do not think we will try here again. Such a disappointment for our Valentine’s Day dinner. They packed in tables so close to accommodate more guests and they were not able to properly handle the volume. Passero is a much better neighborhood Italian choice if you want to stay around the area. Service Dine in Meal type Dinner Price per person $30–50
