Fox + Mulberry bakery is sooooooo good. Their prices are appropriate and reasonable not only for what you get, the quality and care put into each bake, but also when compared to some of the higher prices of ingredients these days, so worth every penny! They also have a half off sale in the last hour on the weekend, which is nice for those of us that don’t have much money to spare at times—plus the sale is later in the day and great since we’re not morning people! Our fave is the Italian Herb Focaccia, but we've tried A LOT of their items, not all of them yet, haha, but working on it! Sadly I don't have pics of everything we've tried because we ate them up before thinking to take photos! Some items they have seasonally/occasionally and others, like the Focaccia, they have on a regular basis. It’s nice that they are plant based so anyone can enjoy their fabulous bakes, and when possible they source fresh ingredients locally! We live in a very small town without a lot of options close by for shopping, granted we have the big city of Columbus Ohio less than 30 minutes away but don’t go there often. So for us it's incredibly wonderful to have a small-town bakery down the road from us that has the nicest people and some of the best fresh baked breads and sweet treats we've had! So do yourself a favor and check out this scrumptious place, we’d give it more than 5 Stars if we could! Breads we've tried: • Italian Herb Focaccia - to die for all time fave of ours! • Plain Focaccia – Awesome all on its own and fabulous toasted over a fire! • Sesame Seed Focaccia • Peach Focaccia - which we put cream cheese and once Goat cheese on with Pepper Jam, omg divine! • Country Sourdough • Multigrain Bread • White Bread • Sesame Seed Sandwich buns – Amazing and great for hearty sliders! • Pumpkin Shaped Sourdough – A work of tasty art! Sweet Treats we’ve tried: • Oatmeal Cream Pies - So freaking delish! • Cinnamon Swirl bread - Perfect, not too sweet, just right! • Cinnamon Rolls - So amazing and huge, and I don't normally like cinnamon rolls, but these are not sickly sweet, just perfectly sweet! • Cinnamon Pumpkin Spice Rolls - These were awesome and huge and only lightly pumpkin-y so we sprinkled our own pumpkin spice to level them up! • Iced Pumpkin Bread – Sweet but not too sweet and perfectly moist! • Thumbprint cookies of various types with fruit filling – small but hearty! • Chocolate Chip cookies – Soft and not too sweet! • Peanut Butter Cookies - I don't even like peanut butter cookies normally, but these are super tasty! • Rhubarb cake – Delicious, not too sweet, and just the right moistness! • Maple Scones – OMG these are so awesome, not too dry, or sweet, just right and fabulous dipped in tea or coffee!
