We have been coming in to this resturant for many years , we have never been treated disrespectful like this time by your hostess Trina
We were party of 3 women 50 years plus , visiting the bloomingdale
and thought to have good quality lunch . She said her name as Trina , she extremely dis polite , dis respectable , unfriendly, un welcoming , horrible manners , very bad experience and diffidently bad attitude .
We never had experience as bad as this in our life . She definitely need to learn hospitality before she can be placed at this resturant , she does not belong to your resturant.

I entered and waited to be seated and no one was there so I saw a menu and took it and seated my self. Then I noticed one of the menus had the wrong date on it. I then noticed a lady in the kitchen I said excuse me is this menu valid for today she screamed at me from far no you grabbed it I didn’t give it to you. That was it for about 10 min then another lady the manager Trina came and said “what do you want” I asked her if they have today’s menu she said very rudely you grabbed that menu in your own she told you it’s not today you can’t seat yourself if you waited she would’ve told you. I have never seen such rude attitude in any place let alone at Bloomingdales forty carrots. I nicely asked her to be nice she screamed at me. My friend that was with me said she had been there before and my friend is afraid of her so she refused to talk to her. Needless to say I left too bad the staff is horrible

We had a very nice lunch here and all of the staff was incredibly friendly and cheerful and engaging. It was a pleasure. Our server was particularly kind and wanted to be sure we had a nice experience - his name is Akenzua (Kenzie). Kudos to everyone there.

What can I say... sad, unfortunate, disappointing, and discouraging.
We spent about $100.00 on lunch. And had to stop multiple times on our drive home due to stomach distress. There really isn’t any refined way to say it... it was literally disheartening to say the least.
We’ve eaten there multiple times and each time recently it has become increasingly less consistent.
The pizza seemed like it was a preformed or frozen crust - one of those perforated with all these little holes - and it was crunchy.
The plated three way salad with tuna fish, egg salad and chicken salad looked like they scraped the dish to get what they could and each scoop was minimal and looked old or slightly discolored. The bed of greens it was served on was sparse - like could they spare it.
The burger was small, the roll dried out and hard and French fries under cooked, on the whiteish side and cold and limp.
The chicken roll up or quesadilla was equally as white, bland, minimal and COLD.
The juice bar was dirty and the fruits all over the ice, with yogurt dripping down the front of the machines.
They seem to be cutting any corner they can and downsizing. Service is slow.
It’s really sad. It used to be so good and FRESH... would not recommend it - if you go in with low expectations and have enough money to drop and don’t really care - then you’ll be satisfied.
It was really REALLY bad.
Their service isn’t even just terrible, non existent is more like the word. The food and restaurant idea is fine, they just need to get rid of all the useless people who work there and make it seem like it’s a hassle taking an order or really doing anything. I stood there for 10 mins with no line while the employees all proceeded to do nothing. I just wanted a smoothie but i’m running on a schedule and I don’t have 20 mins to wait for one especially when there’s no line whatsoever. Ive never been in a worse run establishment staff wise.
I was asked not once, but five times what exactly I want to order and somehow I still didn’t get what I ordered. If the ladies spent more time working as a team, being professional, and not arguing and being petty, it would be a lot more seamless there!
