This cafe was a surprise to me in Luang Prabang. I'm going straight to the pastries. The carrot cake alone is enough for 5 stars. I thought I had found the best carrot cake the other day. I was wong. The Champ is here. Hands down one of the best I've had in Southeast Asia period. The hot cappuccino was okay. It wasn't bad, but I'm lacking in that flavor profile. But they have many different drinks. Now I'm going back, and this might be a daily love affair till I leave. I saw Cheesecake and many others. Someone knows how to back. I'll try a different drink tomorrow, and also if you have mobility issues. This is upstairs and not for you. Service Dine in Meal type Brunch Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 4
fancy coffee -inconspicuous at the outside...if u get into the 2nd floor it's pretty cool and a nice stay! (double) espresso and deserts to recommend! love it! 🤩☕ Service Dine in Meal type Other Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
Little gem in Luang Prabang! Very cozy set-up, friendly staffs, easily accessible! Was a bit skeptical about their drinks given they have so many gimmicky/adventurous menus 🧐🧐 But we were proven wrong! Both their Americano (standard) and their dirty match latte (adventurous) were nice! They add condensed milk into the dirty matcha latte so do not forget to let them know if you don’t like sweet drinks Service Dine in Meal type Other Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

No cafe is complete without coffee, and Formula B takes it to an art form. Their baristas, trained by Le Cordon Bleu graduates, use locally roasted beans to craft exquisite brews. I savored a Lao iced coffee, the strong espresso cut with the sweetness of condensed milk and the coolness of ice, a perfect afternoon pick-me-up. Arabica beans. 👍 I am a spoiled New Zealander used to expecting top notch coffee. After a month in Vietnam (Robusta beans and UHT milk) I have pretty much given up on having a decent coffee. I found Formula B thanks to its Google reviews. It has lived up to the recommendations. It felt like a cafe from home, and the coffee was very satisfying. Not the best value we’ve had. Half full and had ants on our drinks. Nice to try while we’re here but won’t come back. My husband asked the barista for more milk and was refused. You can see from the photo even if I asked for less ice, there was still a lot of ice.

Excellent coffee. The coconut latte was refreshingly fragrant. Orange curd cake was moist and not too sweet. Relaxing environment to while away your afternoon in Luang Prabang. Service Dine in Meal type Other Food: 4 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
