Stopped in on a random Saturday night, we were staying at the hotel. Despite the previous reviews, music was at a reasonable volume. We were able to hold conversation with each other and the bartender. It was quite empty at 8:30pm. Nice selection of cocktails and bourbon. Fast service and nice views. Price per person $30–50 Service: 4 Atmosphere: 5

This place has amazing potential. However they need organization and clarity of operations. Theres no menu which is fine but although cocktail bars all have similar items having a menu featuring specialized cocktails would make this place more memorable. The view is wonderful. The music is too loud. Staff is minimal at best. Service: 3 Atmosphere: 4
