This place is pretty shabby. Def a no frills kind of place. My bf got the kare kare (beef brisket and tripe in peanut sauce), and I got the sisig bangus (flaked milk fish). The milk fish was ok. It was kind of dry, and it wasn’t super enjoyable after a while

Nice, clean spot with friendly service. Got Lupiang Shanghai. It was fried perfectly, pork inside was good, not over seasoned. Possibly premade but, good nonetheless. Next, the Kare Kare. The tail meat was very tender, lots of fat on a couple pieces, had green beans, eggplant, bocchoy in peanut sauce. Sauce was good, did not come off as "peanutbuttery." Then the Lechon Kawali. Fried perfectly as the meat and fat were still tender and juicy, no hard, dry over cooked meat, skin still crunchy. In addition, had the Pancit Bihon. It had good flavor and consistency. Finally finished the meal with Halo Halo, which was made well with Ube ice cream. Everything (except maybe the lumpiang, which was good in it's own right) tasted and looked homemade and came with customary sauces/condiments etc. Took home A LOT of left overs(only 2 people). Will be back to try the eveything else, Bar B Que items in particular.

We found this new wonderful Filipino cuisine available in Santa Maria. Such an amazing little restaurant atmosphere.
I really enjoyed the food and the atmosphere (although the music could be turned down quite a bit, but very chill mellow music.) Everything was delicious and presented so nicely on the plates and by the waitress who honestly did an amazing job as waitress and hostess.
The wonderful thing that will make some people cringe and others like myself smile with glee is the little appetizer of garlic fried peanuts made in house, that they bring you as your food is being prepared amazing sliced and fried garlic in the peanuts tha make for the most amazing crunch treat.
Get some of the delicious pork bbq skewers that are great if you love grilled pork.
Tapsilog- is an adobo type stir fried beef with garlic fried rice and two eqqs
Longsilog- is a longanisa (sweet pork sausage) grilled and crispy deliciousness served with two eggs and garlic rice. ( We all know this was my favorite.)
Don't forget to try the Ube and Mango ice cream. Some of my personal favorite, treats.
Head on down and give them a try they also do catering.

Absolutely delicious! The garlic rice was yummmmmy and fluffy, the beef barbeque was tender and reminded me of Korean galbi, and the crispy pata (an entire pork leg!) was sooo tender and juicy with a crispy exterior that was just amazing.
Service and prices were great (especially considering the serving sizes) and I can't wait to try other menu items.
Passing by Santa Maria and found this little delightful place. Because the two of us can try limited amount of dishes, we ordered their skewered beef, Pancit Bihon (noodles) and chopsuey cooked vegetables. Each dish was flavorful, we enjoyed their bihon dish the most. Lastly, we washed everything down w a halo-halo drink.

Absolutely 100% delicious: bbq board will feed 4 (comes with steamed rice). Pork adobo was flavorful. Most menu items are a la cart which means you'll need to order rice separately, which is fine since I'm not a big rice eater. Service was friendly and the food didn't take too long. There were two other tables occupied plus some take out orders. Can't wait to return and try other dishes.
Food Trip in Santa Maria recently opened a month ago serving Authentic Filipino Food!!! From Lumpias, Garlic Fried Rice (lightest fried rice I've ever had!!!)BBQ Chicken (chunks of BBQd chicken on skewer) and Crispy Pata (to name a few), your palate will be greatly satisfied!!
Update: Their food & customer service has gotten way better. The chicharong bulalak is my favorite. It’s so crunchy and so tender. It just melt in your mouth. 😋

food to price ratio is unreasonable. We've asked the staff and owner to add a small bowl of soup with their lunch (like a traditional filipino restaurant) to no avail.
