Cashier was very helpful.
I was in shock when I walked into Food 4 Less grocery store. I couldn't believe the odor coming from the produce area. Every section had spoiled fruits and vegetables - it was a mess. There were a lot of items put back by customers in every corner of the store. I hope this place improves because at the moment, I won't be returning. I fear that the food will be spoiled or that the meat and dairy might be outdated. The overall cleanliness and freshness of the products left a lot to be desired. I was extremely disappointed and will be taking my business elsewhere until I see improvements in the quality of the products.

Good prices
Worse customer service, takes forever to get through check out. All the cashiers seem miserable. No help around at all. Save time and just go to stater bros next door.
Its alright in food 4less just buying pork, eggscabbage other stuff.
It's pretty obvious this Kroger company works their people to the bone for minimum pay. But we have a good crew here. The manager hires well, and the store runs pretty good except for sometimes the place is stinky. Not sure why, don't care. These workers are barely getting by. Prices are generally better than Stater's, which has an uppity feel, if you will.

Fastest customer service I have seen in my whole life, I do one visit to the store and get everything I need for the whole week, fresh produce, seafood and meat, very useful store!
Beware of the meat sold here, as well as the nonexistent customer service. This store sold us rancid ground beef, as soon as I opened the packaging at home it turned my stomach. I bring it back for an exchange, and they made a massive ordeal about a return. Like it was ridiculous. There was nobody at their tiny customer service counter so I had to ask a cashier who initially didn’t want to help us at all. It was clearly their meat too, Kroger brand. It’s not like I handed it to her raw and opened either, I packed everything back up and stuck it in 2 bags because nobody wants to handle gross meat but left the barcode visible for convenience. After waiting around, a meat department manager comes up and offers me a gift card, even though I paid with cash. He said that’s all they can do. I take the gift card but I don’t plan on buying meat again. In fact just to be petty I plan on returning more stuff I purchased yesterday (in cash as well) and rebuying it with their stupid gift card. Play stupid games, win stupid prices, etc.

The prices are getting more expensive there, but the price of food is expensive everywhere now. The selection is good and the cashiers are normally friendly.
