Now that I've interacted with Tom Fowler, I regret not checking the reviews before I reached out. All the negative reviews are true. Tom is the rude and unprofessional to the point that I doubt he is mentally well. Never have I experienced someone cursing out a customer for simply asking simple questions about a product they sell. Tom please seek professional help, for your own sake and those around you.
ONE OF THEIR DELIVERY DRIVERS STALKED ME
One of their delivery drivers in their company van stalked me all the way from El Monte to DTLA for no reason. This was definitely stalking: they were following my every single lane change and speed to stay behind me at all times, and even followed me through many streets of DTLA. If you know DTLA, you know that the streets are not very straightforward or open so it was very clear very fast I was being followed. If I wasn't able to shake him off, he would have followed me to where I parked and I would've had to call the police. This company has hired a potentially very dangerous person who will threaten the lives of others for no reason. As a young woman who was going to DTLA for a modeling job, you can hopefully understand why being stalked by a male was especially terrifying. I don't know this company but if this person is allowed to keep working here, I can only imagine how this reflects on the company and their practices.

Tom Fowler is extremely knowledgeable and equally unprofessional.
28 or 56 tray cookie oven racks are to be used at your own risk. Revent recommends minimum runner spacing of 2.4 inches for wire slides and 3 inches for conventional slide racks. Food makers cookie racks have a 2 inch spacing and are deficient for all brands of rack ovens.
Ordered part online. Part came either defective, or maybe just not properly calibrated. Have purchased many times before. This time when it comes to either returning the part or receiving a replacement. I get ghosted. Only an email saying they will get back to me. I reached out 2 more times and still nothing. The saddest part is I will most likely use this company again. Sad because in my opinion they know this, which is probably why they do not care. I just hope the next time I order everything will come out okay. But I will try to avoid using them again.
EDIT: Was refunded! As I stated before I have worked many times with them before so I am glad this worked out. I still need the part, but I'm not sure what's next, an exchange or just to return the part.
I read all the reviews, I am not the first and probably not last to complain about Tom behavior. Please read the attached email. This person simply insulted us in an email, for no reason. I have attached the screenshot, so you can have an insight of this person. You deserve to know what kind of people is managing this place.
Even their manufacturer partner MONO, that he cc'd in his insult email, asked him to apologize. Which he never did. I hope you find peace at some point Tom. This much anger is definitely not healthy.
