Why go any where else?? My favorite is Morrell Rd, their staff, are really attentive , I get my meds there too.. that was then Now, I will make sure they erase me from their system.... they had my truck towed if you notice .. there are no signs saying you can't park or leave a vehicle there for however long, it's not the employees fault but they said it was the property owner... Do you know what you have cost me??? Money I don't have. $391.00 .... you have no signs, you never tried to contact me... Alexander Whitaker, you could've gotten ahold of me ???

Zachary was way too worried about having a 10+ minute conversation with the customer whose groceries he bagged before us, that he completely IGNORED us after our groceries were scanned, and didn’t bag our groceries. Never even attempted to acknowledge us. He was fully aware of that also, because he was standing right there, but STILL chose to keep talking instead of do his job. Worst customer service I have EVER received. High prices, low quality, and worst Food City location I have visited in East Tn. After my horrendous experience, I get home to find moldy produce.

This store is good but I just have one question do you know the difference between turkey breast and chicken breast. Obviously you don't because when searching whether or not you actually carried TURKEY BREAST YOU KEPT GIVING CHICKEN BREAST. I KNOW THEY ARE BOTH IN THE POULTRY FAMILY BUT SERIOUSLY THEY ARE 2 DIFFERENT TYPES OF BIRDS. THANK YOU

There was a guy who brought his fake service dog into the store. The manager, when asked, wouldn't do anything about it. She could have asked if it was a service dog and what task it was trained to do. But they won't confront the bad customers, so they will lose the fair and honest customers. Also food city is being investigated by the attorney general for pharmacy selling opioids to dealers. So it's a place with bad management and bad customers, avoid and go to better grocery stores that are honest and good hearted.

I like this store. It is convenient and well stocked. Helpful staff. They have Angus beef and draft beer, too! Good for weekly shopping and quick trips. It's very popular when it snows

I called in advance about getting a refund on some food. I had purchased here and the staff said that I could get a refund if I came in with the receipt. I came in with the receipt and stood at the counter for a manager named Morgan who never showed. Then I asked another staff member if I could get help and they said Morgan had just left.
