HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE! They do NOT have a satisfaction guarantee like most grocery stores. Purchased a product that nasted nasty. Not sure if it had gone bad or just a bad product, but they would not refund me, even with a receipt. Not only that, but the guy was very rude about it. Will not be shopping here anymore! If the store can't guarantee that they are selling me a good product, they won't get my business.

I bought baby back ribs a month ago and I froze them took them out and they were spoiled, took them back and they wouldnt return them or give me my money back, I called corporate and wouldn't do anything either. Never shopping there ever again

I like Food 4 Less layout, fruit and vegetable section is usually well stocked. Their bakery area is not bad, but everything is over priced. Meat area has good selection and will find sales on meats monthly. Rest of store is layed out like most other stores by products. Wish they had bigger frozen section like FoodMaxx.

I've been going here for years. I love the place and can always find avocados 🥑 in good shape and fruit but needs more grass fed grass finish meat 🍖 and lamb and goat milk definitely

About 10 minutes into my shopping experience I hear over the loudspeaker lost prevention needs to sweep all of the floors and then the loudspeaker phone slams extremely hard. As I'm leaving the store with my 18-year-old daughter my basket locks on me the employees locked my basket as if I was stealing. The lady just clicks the thing and unlocks my basket and doesn't say anything to me. I asked the guy in the parking lot getting baskets why my basket locked as I was leaving and he laughed at me. I spent $509 and some change. When the basket locked I just wanted to leave it right there but I had groceries in it for my kids. Yeah they locked my basket as I was leaving just harass me.

Customer service is rude and I spoke to the manager in the meat department. The company cannot discuss prices over the phone. It's store policy so someone who lives 30 miles from each food 4 less. You're out of luck. Horrible.

Employees here are so unfriendly and rude I dont want to shop here anymore,every single time I shop here in the evening after work I get no greeting by any employees no one smiles and employees gossip and snap at you with attitudes when you ask a question about anything.I was charged 10 cents for each plastic bag and 35 cents for one a few weeks later.When i asked why the man at the register didnt answer and rolled his eyes and asked again “So do you want the bags or not?” So uncomfortable to shop here and it was my go to grocery store.
