One of the Best Pho restaurants in the IE. On a Rainy day there may be a wait. But that just comes cause it's soo good. Also on the weekends it's a bit busy. During the week is nice n slow. Never been here before. Saw good reviews so while we were in town thought we’d try it. Had pho so many times in the past and never had an issue. Was always good whenever we went to pho places in Washington. First time coming to one in California. I didn’t know that their beef was multicolored- looking like a chameleon! Makes you wonder what kind of beef this is and where they source it..nasty. Is that normal?! The service was terrible. Came in, we were told to sit. Thought some lady was coming up to me to take my order I said hi, and she completely ignored me and walked away fixing her hair after making eye contact. Crazy. Then the other servers looked super confused like they didn’t know who was taking our table. Will never come back if we are ever in CA again. Yuck. And yuck. Eat here at your own discretion.
