Wow just WOW. Everything from the chips and ginger salsa, seafood tower, abalone, tartare, and hot pot just amazing! By the way get the Hot pot and abalone!!! From the time you walk in until the time you leave you have the experience and food of your life. Hands down will be coming back and as my wife said we regret not coming here sooner... Thank you for one of the best date nights in years and for an experience we will never forget. As someone who has been to a lot of great places across the US this might top the list. My wife and I had dinner at Flying Fish Grill, and it was wonderful. This was our second visit, and we sat at the same table - next to the fireplace near the entrance. Cozy. Intimate. The steamed artichokes appetizers were delicious, the salmon was prepared perfectly and the wine selection was amazing. Our waiter, Anthony, was knowledgeable, helpful, attentive, and gracious.
