For some of the most delicious cookies you will ever find, look no further that Flathau's Fine Foods. The quality is apparent, the flavor is first-rate and they are always fresh as can be. These cookies would work well at a dinner party, alongside a cup of coffee, packed in a lunch or as a perfect midnight snack. They are a hit any way you look at them (or eat them!).
Ordering is easy. packaging is very careful and shipping is always quick. Flathau's Customer Service is responsive and obviously as important to them as is the quality of their products.
I have, and will, continue to buy Flathau's cookies and recommend them in the highest possible way to anyone!

I just picked these up recently At Jefferson Toursdale Hospital in Loris Gift Shop. Every now and then a gem will show up in her store. I saw these cookies and thought wow they look so amazing key lime and peppermint snaps. When I got home I tried The key lime in it brought back memories of my childhood the confectioner sugar on the cookies the creaminess of the cookies the freshness it was amazing these are some of the best cookies I’ve ever eaten !!!
i’ve looked for other places that sell your cookies here in Philadelphia Pennsylvania but this is the only store that I found I hope she continues to stock your product keep up the excellent work and thank you for bringing back some childhood memories !!! ☕️🍪

The cookies are fresh, but don't expect the snaps to look like the picture on box. The snaps are light brown. I can't tell the raspberry snaps from the butterscotch because it tastes the same. I won't be ordering from Flathau fine foods again.

Customer Service went above and beyond helping me. Fedex made a mistake and Flathau's sent me a new box of cookies. I did not loose my money, I got the cookies. All was right with the world =) Thank you for such a swift response as well!

As a Sales Representative of 14 years, I regularly utilize the services of local restaurants and caterers. Recently, I was invited to share a lunch with a colleague who had Flathau's cater the event. The food was delivered on time, all individual dish temperatures were appropriate and the quality of food was great. As such, I have adopted Flathaus as one of my leading caterers for the Hattiesburg and surrouding area. Yesterday (3/5), I had a very important lunch for a group of 15 customers with an invited guest speaker to lead the discussion. Flathau's catered the event - the Herb Roasted Chicken could not have been any better with regards to flavor, tenderness and on-site temperature. The sides were equally flavorful and appetizing. The desert, Pecan Pie (which does not do this dish justice - it was more than a pie, all customers raved about the flavor/texture) was phenomenal. I will continue to utilize Flathau's services and recommend that if you are in need of catering, you cannot go wrong with Jeff Flathau's consistency in quality and service. RP
