It seems they have received many customers taking food that isn't theirs and now the employees have to see your ID as well as have you fill out a form. Ain't got no time for that especially as a regular. They offered to let me take a photo of the form and my ID for faster service but I'd rather just go elsewhere. Won't be coming back. Simple but tasty. I ordered the beef bowl with brown rice. The meat does have that charbroiled taste. The brown rice is not mushy. Although the menu is not big, the food is good and the price is fair.

Flame Broiler has become my go-to spot for lunch...I pick up at least once a week. It's hard to find quick food options that include healthy things like a good portion of steamed vegetables and brown rice. Yum! The staff is very friendly too. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 4

Whoever owns this location is cheap! They don’t let you use the company coupons and they’re very specific on how many sauces you can pick. Shame on the owner for being such a cheapskate! Food is good though…
