Absolutely, hands-down, the best gluten free bagel I've ever had. Idk how they do it but the texture is so perfect, I almost couldn't believe it! I also tried the pizza dough (amazing), pop tarts (also amazing), and danishes (amazing, if you can believe it). I'm so excited to have found what is to me the holy grail of gluten free treats. Can't wait to try more!

If there was a way to give Lila 10 stars 🌟 I would! Not only is she the kindest human being, but she's a magician in the gluten free kitchen! Everything I try is a memory I thought I've lost forever when I stopped eating gluten and Lila has given that back to me! To say I have an addiction might be over reacting but not a day goes by where her amazing food is a part of my diet! I gush about her to everyone I know! Enjoy this variety of photos of just some of my favorites!

I tried Flakely for the first time a year ago for my husband and it was it a wonderful experience! The owner is super nice and I’ve had very pleasant exchanges with her both in person and social media. I’ve tried the hamburger buns, pop tarts, and the delicious pretzels. I need to get back down there to try some ice cream cookie sandwiches asap though! Also the best review I think I can give is that these treats are so yummy and I’m not even gluten free 🙃
Flakely is not your typical gluten free bakery. Here you'll give an outstanding assortment of croissants, bagels, brioche, in addition to white sandwich loafs and more. Check their website for pickup or walk-up hours and product availability. Food: 5 Service: 5

Flakely is honestly some of best baked goods I've ever tasted. When I realized it was all gluten-free, I was shocked, as these treats taste better than regular pastries traditionally made with flour. I'm not even gluten-free myself but find myself opting for these baked goods over anything else. Lila, the owner, is also so wonderful. She is friendly, kind, and you can tell she is passionate about her business. I highly recommend Flakely to all, whether you are gluten-free or not. The baked goods are delicious and the people behind it are great!
Great gluten free options, but better as a general grocery item. Hope they get more business and stocked in more distributors in the area! Have had the sufganyot and chocolate babka for Hanukkah, both great, and the croissants are a nice item though definitely different from the typical flakey type! Rich and buttery! Flakely is such a gem here in the Philly area!! Shorty rolls for cheesesteaks, challah for French toast, and ginormous pop tarts & danishes are my two favorites. Chef Lila is always coming up with delicious, tasty gluten free treats. And a sweeter person you will not find! She is a genuine, kind & brilliant person!!

I tried Flakely after hearing many good things about it and the raves were justified! Gluten free goods don’t always taste good or have good texture but these items were delicious with amazing texture. I am not gluten free but like to try new things, and these baked goods would stand up against gluten bakery items. I so enjoyed the chocolate croissant and the chive and Gouda scones the most😍 as well as the s’mores pop tarts. I can’t wait to try some of the other items and have recommended this place to my friends who need to get gluten free items for when they are entertaining and can’t find anything good for their gluten free and non gluten free guests to both enjoy.
