I ordered a white rafello frappe that turned out to be simply milk; i told the lady that i didn’t like it and how it tasted she then “offered” me to remake a new frappe that i had to repurchase or remake the old one i didnt like; I looked at her with such shocked and explained to her that was not customer service. She had to ask the gentleman I think her boss if it was allowed to remale a new one: whiche she did however it wasn’t made with that smoothe frapw consistency. I kinda knew i wasnt going to like this place when they suggested it to me but i didn’t expect to be treated like i was inconvenience.

We found this cute little coffee shop thanks to google. Customer service was excellent. The cashier spoke in English so that was helpful especially for a person like me who doesn’t speak espanol in Puerto Rico.
