Service was good. The food is always tasty! Love the size of the fries! Two complaints. One it got really loud due to several families with small children that were loud. The second, 3 burgers, 2 fries and 2 milkshakes cost $56. I won't go back. The burgers were all single patty. Definitely not worth the cost any more. I’m giving 2 stars because my fries were hot and not soggy, otherwise it would have been 1 star. It took me 25 minutes to get my food, even though I watched my fries sit in the heater for 15 of those minutes. The store inside is disgusting. 1 very petite girl and 3 guys. The girl seemed to be on charge and was teaching 1 of the guys how to cook the burgers. One guy was cleaning the shake machine, answering phones, and taking orders. 1 guy was on fries. The girl took my order at 5:56pm. I did not get it until 6:17pm. The Cajun fries needed more seasoning. The coke almost tasted flat but not really, it was weird and gross. Dumped out my cherry coke, tried regular coke, still gross, then tried raspberry tea…. Was okay. My burger didn’t end up having all of the toppings I asked for. I was disappointed in presentation of the burger, my cheese was totally melted off of the burger. Not much was left on the burger. You’ll see in the pictures that the expectation for fries isn’t what it used to be. Especially for how long I stood there waiting for them to fulfill Uber orders, surprised they weren’t generous with the fries. Also none of the tables were clean, even if I had wanted to stay and eat Service Take out Meal type Dinner Price per person $10–20

Loved that they were open until 10, the small burgers are still quite large and liked the ability to really customize them. I don't normally like onions that are raw, but grilled are good, which is an option. My kid and I shared a chocolate shake as they said it was 'too much' - a VERY chocolate shake. Hit the spot. Took a while for pickup. The burgers were great and the fries were yummy. I appreciate all the different toppings for the burger that are included with the price. The fries are slightly thicker and more floppy than a McDonald’s fry for reference. The burgers are probably the cheapest and most tasty ones in this area. It seems FGB has decided to put profit above everything else. The quality of the food is ok, but with the portion so small, and the price so high... I can't justify eating here. And I certainly can't recommend it. I bought a triple bacon cheeseburger, large fries, and a chocolate shake. The burger was no more tasty than a McDonald's quarter pounder, but was surprisingly smaller, and much higher price. The fries were good, but the memes about how much they give you are unwarranted. I was almost furious when I got the chocolate shake. $7 for what would be a small shake anywhere else for less than half the price. Their shake mix isn't any better. It's just more expensive. Like everything else here. Save yourself the trip, and a ton of money: go somewhere else. My meal was almost $40, btw. Didn't even fill me up. What a joke. I love 5 Guys.... the team at Bothell/Canyon Park are always really nice. I like that I can pick my toppings. The beef is a nice smashed patty. And the fries.... what can I say! They have the best and they always give plenty. Thanks 5 Guys! Service Take out Meal type Dinner Price per person $10–20 Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5 Recommended dishes Little Cheeseburger
It's gone downhill post pandemic. I ordered "everything except mushrooms and onions", got the burger with just mushrooms and onions. They quickly made a replacement but it had everything including mushrooms and onions 😔 Took those out myself, but the burger was super greasy and had no taste. For $11 not worth it. The food tastes great. We ate in. The service is lacking - all the hamburgers we ordered were missing one or more fixings. Hamburger buns were soggy. Service Dine in Meal type Lunch Price per person $10–20 Food: 5 Service: 3 Atmosphere: 4 Recommended dishes Little Cajun Fries
