I have never had a bad burger at any five guys location, but yesterday was a different. I ordered a little cheeseburger with mayo,grilled onions, A-1,jalapeños. The burger was cold so the cheese didn't melt. Definitely not fresh no grilled onions or mayo. The burger was small like some of it was missing The staff is far from friendly. These burgers are far from cheap. If this is the quality of food and service I can expect from Five Guys I will take my business elsewhere. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 5

Very friendly staff, burger and fries were very good. Now the negatives, it was like an ice cube in the restaurant. I like it cold but it this way way beyond cold, The worst thing is the price. For a bacon cheeseburger, small fry, and a regular drink.....22.00. It was a good product but definitely not 22.00 good. Maybe I was paying for the AC bill? Awesome five guys, the restaurant is clean, tables are clean, and the soda area is clean. The employees are friendly and knowledgeable, the food, well, is five guys classic food. In other words, awesome. Est a couple peanuts while you wait Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

I have been in this restaurant many of times and never had an issue tonight while me and my husband was sitting eating our dinner the female employee that was making the hamburgers, had her a cup of french fries and she was eating them, and also making the hamburgers at the same time. I went up to the front counter and spoke with a young gentleman and told him that seeing this had really bothered us because she had made our hamburger while doing this, he did go over to her and asked her to not do that. As far as fast food goes, these are pretty good burgers and fries are pretty awesome!! Service is pretty low, but I order online and take it home, so it doesn't bother me that much. Always delicious and made to order! No precooked burger patties or twice fried French fries, everything is freshly cooked right when u order it. The only thing I would say that they could improve on would be to season the burgers, but they're still amazing the way they are! Nov, 2020 - per my previous review, I LOVE Five Guys, however, my last two visits have resulted in the same issue, 2-day old bacon. Ew. First of all, you can tell bacon is old just by looking at it. The attached pic is of my Little Bacon Cheeseburger and right away you can SEE that the bacon is old bc it's all crumbled and very dark & the taste test proved it to be true. Also, it was in a little pile on one side of the burger🤦‍♀️. I will still go to Five Guys, mostly bc MY guys love it, but I will be certain to ask for fresh(er) bacon and I would def advise everyone to, at the very least, ask if the bacon is fresh before ordering. Btw, I was there at 5:30pm. No excuse for old bacon.

Came in ready to order, but the young lady at the register was glued to her phone. She never looked up. Said the “F” word and laughed. She had her AirPods in. Several workers saw me standing there and didn’t engage. I left.
