Exactly what you HOPE for when you make the decision to go to Five Guys - outstanding food and service! Carl greeted me at the register, took my order and payment - super friendly and super efficient. I waited maybe 3 to 4 minutes for my food - it came out hot, fresh and exactly how I ordered it. The fries were so hot I had to let them cool before eating. The restaurant was clean and well lit - so all in all a great experience. $24 for a burger, fries and soda?!? I’m not happy about that but if you have to spend that kind of money this is the kind of experience you want. I’ll be back once I save up some more money. 😎 Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 4

Ok, let's be honest. Most of the time you get a burger with a metric ton of toppings, the burger gets smashed, juices flood the bun and it becomes mush. I watched the manager take care not to do this. Ît was a double bacon cheeseburger that was absolutely beautiful, massive, and most importantly delicious. The fries were as usual, more than generous and quite tasty. Kudos to this team, this is the best Five Guys experience I've had since the first time I tried them over a decade ago! Pretty expensive when the burger is poorly wrapped and spills out in the bag. I checked at the store, but they buried it under fries. $35 plus tip is crazy for two burgers, one plain, in a bagged mess.

Want the fast casual feel of an old school 60's burger joint with the speed of a modern sit down restaurant? Five guys is the place to go. It's pricy yes, but it's possibly the best damn burger east of the Mississippi that can be found at a chain that ain't a hole-in-the-wall. Helpful staff members, such as Matthew and Selma helped me with a small problem we had, but as quickly as we realized it, it was solved. Truly great service! I'm glad there's a Five Guys closer to Central Roswellians, and you can be your bottom $8.99 I will be coming here for my double cheeseburger! You can add bacon to anything, even milkshakes! They have a Coca-Cola freestyle machine, and plenty of great items to choose from, including unlimited free salted peanuts!! Note to the wise: Bring a jacket, it can get a bit chilly!

My father in-law and I decided to visit the Woodstock five guys location for the first time and we are very disappointed. We got there at 7:40. The manager on duty took our order with a rush. Nevertheless we got our food but without our fries. When I said something about it I only got a cup of fries. Then when we were about to eat one of the burgers was wrong b/c the condiments I oder were not included. Then I went back and the manager seemed to have an attitude. She told me to take the top bun off and reuse my burger to put the toppings I had asked for. Which I know it's wrong. She then grabbed the bun from my hand and told me that we couldn't dine in anymore b/c it was closed. And we couldn't use the bathroom b/ c it was already cleaned. It took us maybe 15 min to eat outside.Keep in mind we always go to the Sandy Springs but we decided to try our local one. Not coming back. Very rude, unprofessional, and unnecessary.
