Freshly made-to-order deliciousness! The team is welcoming and attentive. The restaurant is clean. The only knock I have is the odd wafting smell of boiled eggs (sulphur). So I was waiting all weekend to go with my wife to Five Guys Burgers and Fries the plan was.. we were going to go to The Cider Mill and then go to lunch. Well we stayed at The Cider Mill a little longer than anticipated and decided to go to dinner to five guys. Place was very clean let me say that first off the place was very clean. Although when I went into the bathroom, there was trash overflowing in the basket the mirror was dirty like no one had cleaned it in the last at least hour or two. There was only four people working there that I could see unless there was other staff in the back, the employees did not look happy.. the manager was making our order we had a specific order request which they did honor.. but, the one thing that I love the most besides are obvious Burgers is the fries. Last time I came there with my wife the fries were slightly undercooked. That, I can deal with. But, this particular order was overcooked to the point where it was completely burnt! It wouldn't be so bad if it wasn't the manager that was making our order. I get it, there was a pandemic a lot of things have changed and people's lives trust me I know boy do I know. But that does not excuse poor service. When you're paying your hard-earned money whether it's 10 bucks 20 bucks 30 or in our case almost $40, you expect the food to be right. I will probably not come back to this establishment in this location. For being in rochester, I expected a little better. Highly disappointed. This is one of the reasons why my wife and I don't really do take out very much because it seems like the simplest things people are getting wrong. And being a manager in service with customers, customers are the number one priority! It's not much to follow a ticket receipt and make the order the way the customer requested. But to give somebody a poor order and then to smile at them and tell them to have a good night knowing the fries are terrible! I'm not cool with that. Here are some pictures of our particular experience. And also the fries. Sorry for the lengthy review, but I'm not happy at the moment with this company. Oh and before I forget we waited almost 12 minutes for our order.

This was my first time, The food was very good for a burger and fries. The Service was very good and the people were really friendly. The Atmosphere was very clean environment yet normal for a fast food place. I don't see anything special about this place, and personally I don't believe I would be going there as it's a bit pricey for a burger place. This place was wonderful, one of the best five guys I been to in all my 18 years of living. This handsome guy named Oleg served me so well at the cashier, I thought it was a angel in front of me. He was so kind and he had the most wonderful smile ever! I saw the passion in his eyes when he put in my order on that machine, no flaws where made. He made my day! Oleg is a great worker! Do you see $25.88 in that photo? The office tells me this is the best burger anywhere. I got a large fry and a burger and a medium coke. Well, the fries were soggy and the burger was just another burger at best. But $25.88?!?!?!?! Come on……….. Food: 1

All The Way. Bacon Cheeseburger - Juicy and Meaty! Better than any place. As you can see in other reviews. Bacon Cheeseburger and a regular fry gonna cost 19 bucks which took the 1 star away.
