Ordered a BLT and it came back with old bread and cold bacon. When I complained they offered to remake it but would be with the same cold bacon and bread. I expected more from this establishment. I couldn’t eat it and threw it out. No refund either. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 5

Amazing night staff. A girl with glasses which I didn’t get her name did an outstanding job. Greeted with so much joy it was unreal not only her but everyone at the restaurant. Generally a great place but once in a while you get an employee or manager that puts in less than the normal quantity of fries in to the bag. The overflow of fries is a part of what makes 5 Guys Restaurants premium, and fun. This is not an inexpensive place. Hands down the best 5 guys I have ever been too. The staff is always great and they definitely pay close attention to the quality of the meal. Burgers are cooked perfect, cheese is melted perfectly. This location never disappoints. Service: 5

In order to enjoy my own phone/radio, I asked the person who took my order to turn down their blaring music. Someone politely said they had. But, not down far enough, so I asked again, after a few minutes of not hearing my phone. When I requested the same once more, the woman aggressively told me that she had done so twice, would once more, but not again. (Is not customer comfort a measure of a restaurant?) (Hmmm, whatever happened to "The Customer Is Always Right?) Not only the above, but a Five Guys restaurant is not a pre-school. Some employees were entertaining a toddler behind the counter, complete witha little apron and gloves on the baby's hands. A toddler behind the counter? Let me count the ways that violates sanitation codes I suggested that I would not be back, if the radio were not diminished. Although it was (but not low enough), their attitude, and babysitting will persuade me to avoid that Five Guys location. If I am ever in a mood for a really good quick burger I always come here to satisfy that need. The plus side is the fries are always fresh and their milkshakes are the best around. I personally like grabbing a bottle of Malt vinegar and drown the fries with it. So so good, enjoy!

Food was cold, soggy. Manager would not offer refund. Maybe it was store policy so not their fault. I blame the corporation, not the store staff. New to the area and will not personally return. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
