Review is about service not the food. I spent about $40 for food and drinks and was told I don’t get a carrier for my drinks because it’s only for customers who buy a bunch of milkshakes(what?!) I’ve never heard of this before and was forced to carry a handful of food and drinks out. What if I had arthritis in my hand? Disappointed. Service Take out Price per person $10–20 Service: 1

Been here once before but worth talking about today. Good service and food! Hot snd freshly cooked. Not a fan of foil wrapped burgers but they were hot and tasty. Share one large fry and it was more than we could eat. The burgers are made fresh. You can pick your toppings. I had the double bacon cheeseburger with grilled mushrooms, lettuce, tomato and a small fry. The taste us excellent. The fry portion was huge. They fill your small fry cup, then they add another giant scoop to the bag. The only thingvthat would make this better is if they found a way to keep the buns from getting smashed and a bit soggy. I used to go to this location at least monthly. Over the past year food quality has consistently slipped. Just got my usual and the burger was nothing like it used to be and the fries had changed about a year ago. The beef had alot of hard pieces today and fries were overcooked. I love to get the bag and see that greasy goodness! The regular size burgers are big and the junior size burgers are big lol the fries are decent but turn into a whole different subject when you put ketchup on them! The burger and fries seems to be a great pair especially after a few beers and get super hungry! I like the fact that they have peanuts that you can snack on while you wait I think that it is awesome. The staff is helpful and kind Service Take out Meal type Dinner Price per person $10–20

There is outdoor seating. There's a fountain & it's very relaxing. I love that you can customize the size of & toppings on your burger. I ALWAYS get grilled mushrooms & onions which is a hard option to find unless you go to a sit down restaurant. Service is always decently fast & cashiers are always very friendly. Shakes are the best ever! Especially the cookies & cream!

First time here. Customer service was great at the register. She was super friendly. Burgers where very good. Little on the drippy side but sure beat a dry burger. Tastes like real beef, not fake like McDs. Not cheap but well worth the money for a good quality burger. Their fries where good too. Will be back.
