The hamburger was really good but the fries are soggy french fry should not lean over when you hold it up they must have had a new person there or something I don't know but yeah they failed on the french fries but passed very good on the hamburger

The girl who took the order made no eye contact and spoke barely above a whisper always looking down at the register. We had to repeat our order 3 times before she got it entered correctly. Other than that, the food was great (especially the fries), not much of a wait. All in all It was a decent experience.

The burgers and fries were delicious. The only reason it's not 5 stars is because every seat is a high top except 2 tables. My wife cannot sit at high top tables. They should replace out the community high top with a low top, then everyone can enjoy their food!

Five Guys is so yummy! The food, well you can't go wrong with any way you want your burger. I like that it's so customizable and I can get toppings that I WANT instead of just pickles and onions. The fries were fresh, hot, and abundant, as always. Oh and I can't say enough about their banana milkshakes. It's real bananas! Usually banana milkshakes have imitation banana flavoring and I've gotta give it to Five Guys, they go the extra mile here. Very delicious! I was talking to the person making my shake, and they said that it's not unusual for people to be lining up outside just to get in right when they open. I can totally see why!

The food is great and is definitely one of my go-to places to get burgers. I highly recommend this restaurant if you are looking for burgers with a large variety of toppings. However, I cannot give this establishment any more than 3 stars because of the service. My burger was made missing both patties, and when I reached out I was promised compensation in the form of a gift card. I have never received that as well.
