While the place was packed(obviously a sign of the quality) we sat and prepaired ourself for the wait as they made it quite clear... ( henties is a small town and the influx of vistors is immense over the festive season, they cater to smaller concentrated arrivals during the year) we ordered starters and sushi, all excellent... i had been looking to eat cob(kabeljou) all holiday, as the owners husband is a renouned fisher man and tour guide they obviously had cob and man, this was so good... the size of that fish blew my mind and i had to suck off the last bist from the bones... tartar sause also hit all the spots...
A definite must visit if you are in the area....

We made a reservation. It was ready for us. We waited long for our food, and we were told by other patrons that they experienced the same about 2 weeks prior. I suggest that if you plan to go there, take an extra supply of patience along. The food was tasty, and we enjoyed the friendliness of the waitress, but either the kitchen was understaffed or the process needed streamlining.

Wow! What a hidden gem! I don’t normally leave reviews, but the food was so good that I had to. The seafood was exceptional. All 6 of us ordered different dishes and we all raved about the food. Definitely worth a visit!

I do not easily give 5 stars but the food and personnel are well trained and helpful. The seafood was excellent and the service from waiters and kitchen was prompt for a table of 4 and there were other bigger tables around

Do not expect fancy decoration, delicate presentation of dishes, soft music or organic hand wash in the bathroom.
At Fishy corner, you'll get fresh fish, prepared perfectly, in generous proportion with an affordable price tag.
Service is a little slow but the manager runs the show like clockwork all on her own.
This was the best food we had during our 7 days trip throughout Namibia.
Fishy corner should be mention as one of the attraction on the skeleton coast in all the tourist guides.

Although the Fishy Special was quite expensive for the amount of seafood you get, the flavors were exceptional!!
Definitely one of the best seafood platters I have ever had.
(we had take away and enjoyed our meal while watching a beautiful sunset over the sea)
The calamari was so tender, as well as the fish. We did wait a long time for the food, but they did inform us, as they were very busy.
But it was well worth the wait.

This used to be my favourite place in Henties Bay, but since our last visit here this place deteriorated. The venue is much better, however the staff is not friendly and the waiting time is ridiculous.
Loved the old place and the friendly ladies who use to there much more.
