The food was pretty good. We had the oysters as an appetizer. They were large and very good. We also enjoyed the lobster bisque. It had a generous portion of meat added and the cup was the perfect amount. The crab stuffed tilapia was good. The spinach was a bit salty and I am not sure why it even comes with rice pilaf as it really doesn't complement the dish. The lobster and crawfish pasta left something to be desired. Lobster. It left lobster to be desired. There were plenty of crawfish tales. Overall, it was just penne pasta and lacked sauce. Wouldn't recommend this dish. We sat on the patio on a beautiful afternoon and enjoyed the view. Service was excellent. The bathrooms were clean. Large lot with plenty of parking. You do have to get parking validated since it's right by the cruise terminal. Overall, it was a good experience. Very large and casual restaurant. Nothing spectacular. But, not bad either. It's worth a visit if you're departing for a cruise. With that said, there are several seafood restaurants within walking distance that offer a much nicer experience as far as the quality of seafood goes. This was our belated anniversary dinner. Hubby usually doesn't like fish... unless he catches it himself, but he enjoyed the Parmesan Crusted Redfish. Tuna tacos were good. I didn't like the way their tortilllas, but the filling was great. Bread pudding was...bread pudding. It was good. They're a hustling place. We had reservations for 6pm. I think we were seated about 610-615pm. Waiter had a good sense of humor. Service Dine in Meal type Dinner Price per person $30–50 Food: 4 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

This was a great place to visit when we disembarked our cruise, and had a couple hours to kill while waiting for our shuttle to the airport. Excellent food, fantastic service, and beautiful views of the Port of Galveston. We went in on the weekend and got sat right away. We got to sit outside and had a nice view of the cruise ship port. It was a bit buggy (the waitress offered us bug spray). The food tasted like frozen seafood. It was overpriced and skimpy portions. We got the seafood platter and when the menu says "shrimp kiss" they mean 1. Mini crab cakes had 2. The bacon wrapped shrimp had 2. They word smithed the menu to make it sounds like the portions were quite a bit larger. After our visit here, we visited other local eateries that had the same offerings (shrimp kiss and bacon wrapped shrimp) and they were MUCH less expensive (like 1/3 the cost) and it was cooked better. Our opinion is the location charges the high prices for small portions and is profitable primarily because of location and proximity to the cruise pier. We really wanted to like this place but once was enough and we did not return. For us, the ambience wasn't enough to overcome the cost of the food and small portions. If google had a value rating, we'd give it a 1. Service Dine in Price per person $20–30 Food: 1 Service: 4 Atmosphere: 3

Albert was a fantastic waiter. And Mike the manager was awesome. Food...omg spectacular. Only complaint was the desserts being microwaves and the crabcakes were more stuffing than crab. But definitely a go again kinda place. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

This is our favorite go to for the best food and atmosphere in Galveston. Stopped in the night before a cruise this time and they did not disappoint!!! My husband wanted Oysters Rockefeller which is not on their menu but he asked if they could make it. We were completely surprised and my husband overjoyed when our waiter asked the chef and the chef said he could make them for him. They were delicious and most excellent!!! To our waiter and the chef, you blew us away, thank you!!! The rest of our meal was also excellent!! Hot, fresh, and delicious! Waitstaff is always friendly and exceptional! The Galveston Isle Tea is always amazing and I look forward to it with every visit! The views of the harbor and Elissa are always amazing too! We have been customers for years when visiting the island and this place is always consistent and over the top good from their food, their outstanding customer service, and wonderful ambience!
