This place is absolutely great. The atmosphere is amazing and there is plenty of room inside the restaurant. Parking is ok. I the staff is great and nice. Drinks will put you on your butt if you're not careful, lol. I've had a lot of items off the menu and haven't been disappointed yet. The alligator bites are one of my favorites on the menu. Some days they have live music and it's pretty cool. Overall, everything is cool here, and I love it. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

The customer service was very disappointing. I asked for extra crackers for both orders. I had no problem with paying for extra. When I got to my destination, I didn't have any crackers at all. It may not seem important to anyone else but I didn't go home. It was my first and only meal for the day and because of my schedule, I had planned to eat between stops. When I spoke with the manager, he started talking to me about gratuity. Sad, sad, sad. He had no sympathy because he wasn't the one that was inconvenienced. I will not be going back to that particular restaurant. He appeared to be bothered because he had to talk to me about crackers. But I specifically asked for EXTRA and they gave me none. At this point, I can't eat my food until I purchase crackers. I guess I should've checked my bag.
