Food was great, server (Selene) was awful. We visit John’s creek location once a month but will never visit this location after the way we were treated.

Pleasant atmosphere, friendly staff and mostly good food.
They may need to hire more help on the weekends. There are times when notice our server is overwhelmed while trying to still deliver great service.
Why is the bacon in the omlettes always burnt?
Other than that, I love this place!

Food was pretty delicious and menu was expansive. Service wasn’t super as we waited a while for drinks and only got refills when asked. Salmon frittata was good, and my friend got the pancake and said it was good but a little dry.

first time here at the new First Watch in Loganville. love the atmosphere, love the food. everything is always amazing. however, our server, Antonet, wasn’t very friendly. she came to our table a total of 4 times, 2 of which were to take our orders and give us the check. she never brought us water. never asked if we wanted a to-go box or another coffee, or drink in general— as ours sat almost empty on the table. never said anything when she brought us the check, just laid it on the table.
I over heard that she had a customer that was very rude to her. however, I do wish that she wouldn’t have made it very obvious that she was irritated. will definitely be back despite this but just wish our first experience with the servers here were a little better.
