Since the pandemic it is very hard to find good service. I would like to commend this particular "First Watch" the moment we got out of our vehicle we were greeted with a smile. The professionalism was off the charts and the food was excellent. If anyone care about good service as we do I promise you won't be disappointed! I come here 1-2x per month as a change of scenery for work. John and his staff are always amazing!! They are professional and their exemplary customer service shines through every single time. This place has a fantastic menu. So many delicious and fresh options. And the service! OMG! The staff to customer ratio is very high and they run it like a well oiled machine! LOVE THAT! ALL the staff were friendly, attentive and professional. A breath of fresh air in a world where good service seems to be disappearing. Thank God for those here who obviously take pride in their work! My waiter Cody was wonderful 👏 and Marco, whom I'm told is the busser was SO GOOD, I thought he was the manager! His eyes never stopped roaming the restaurant and he immediately cleared, reset and assisted the servers the minute a table was empty or a server was running food to a table. Forgot to mention John, the Assistant Manager, for his fine work and supportive leadership. Kudos to THE manager for hiring great people and training them well. My go to place for breakfast. Love the mix of healthy and not so healthy choices on their expanded menu. In either case it is all tasty and perfect presentation. This location seems to be always running behind on service, but it is always super busy, even during middle of the week off hours. Gotten better! They seem to have improved. Very good if you get there early before the crowds like around 7am and are looking specifically for healthy fare. Make sure to tell them to put the butter on the side and they do serve egg-white omelettes. Coffee is decent but sometimes a little thin & burnt. ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ Old review : I attempted to get breakfast there last Friday morning, roughly 7:30 am. The restaurant was almost empty and there were 4 cooks in the back. Since there was almost no one else in the restaurant I wonder why they couldn't do a better job with my breakfast. I tried eating it but it didn't taste good so I left. I should mention that the other 1st Watch up near Sawgrass is really good. This one though is the opposite. ======================================== Thanks for responding. I will increase to a 2 for that. I did send an email with my requested info to the address you provided. I mentioned I was the one who left a bad review & got a read receipt for the email but then the person never contacted me! Nice place, trendy, food was delicious can’t deny that and decent size meals as well as presentation on the plate itself gives off a fancier vibe. Our server was a little slow and we had to wait to get certain items on the table or coffee refills, also one meal took longer while they served the others, I’m not a fan 1 person waiting while everyone has their food but other than that it’s a dope Breakfast Lunch spot def stop by and have your own experience. This place was a really nice surprise. Great location and the restaurant has a great vibe. It's open, not cramped and stylishly decorated. The staff is friendly nice and fast. When I visited it was almost full to capacity but it still felt very chill and relaxing. The food was amazing.
