Did a mobile order nobody else was there. At first they had trouble finding my order and they finally found it. One guy was cleaning and figured the other guy was making my sandwich. I went to grab a drink and the guy that had been cleaning went from doing that to making my sandwich. Umm no thank you. The sandwich was already made and i would have had him change gloves..if i knew the cleaner was making my sandwich!! 9.00 bucks wasted. I just went back to my hotel. I lost my appetite!!
First time at this location, entered a saw a young guy on the phone at the register. He walked to the back and I waited, another guy stepped to the front to the line where food is prepared but didn’t acknowledge me. Still waiting to order. Probably 3-4 min waiting the guy on the phone stepped back up to the front and motioned to the two girls that were eating in the lobby to come back to the register. He had to say it a couple of times but they finally came and I ordered. I had to repeat myself when ordered and I added caramelized onions and got regular onions. I love Firehouse Subs this was just a poor experience.

So it’s partially my fault for not knowing they toast all sandwiches! FYI everyone! A warm thin sliced lunchmeat turkey with slimey cheese and veggies is not what I was looking forward to but is what I discovered when sitting down to eat. I waited 20 minutes in house for a to go order. Now I know it’s because they were cooking it. I’ll try again for a cold one and hopefully it’s better.
