CELIACS, if you have had a bad experience at this location, please try the Firehouse in Collierville. It is excellent! Night and day. I tried the Goodman road location as it is closest. The person making the sandwich huffed and puffed the whole time like it was a great inconvenience (Note: this was a few months ago, haven't been back). The Collierville workers are so meticulous and courteous. So now I only have Firehouse when I am in their area.

Ran in to get a quick dinner and get back to work. After placing my order and waiting, several people who ordered after me got called up to get their food. So when I went to ask was mine ready the young boy said they had a lot of tickets and working on it (rudely might I add) 🤬 I said well several people that came after me got theirs before me…. I only had 1 sandwich and a bowl of chicken and dumplings. Ok fast forward, I get to work and I go to eat the amazing dumplings and wow!! ONLY broth NO dumplings!!!!! Sandwich was good that got 2 stars BUT service was horrible for the 1st time ever and seriously, I paid for a bowl of broth that I threw away? Didn’t even get napkins or those soup crackers in my sack. I’m a RN and try to support firefighters but come on now…. Service Take out Meal type Dinner Price per person $10–20

Ordering at the counter, I spoke deliberately and clearly. My to go order was handed to me quickly, not made as ordered, and incomplete. When I asked for the "left out of the order" soup, I was handed a small cup containing a "bowl" of soup. One other item in this meal was made incorrectly. Food: 3 Service: 3 Atmosphere: 5

Jesus man I don't get it, order a Smoke house beef and cheddar with literally only has like 5 items on the entire sandwich and can't get it ever with BBq sauce no matter how many times I order from here. ***Warning*** I would not go here again and I do not recommend. Thank you to all the Firefighters out there who do what you do. And I like that Firehouse Subs donates so much to Public Community Safety and First Responders. Now on to the actual restaurant: it’s staffed completely high schoolers who are incredibly awkward with zero personal skills. The sandwich’s were all warmed in a really weird way like maybe by a microwave. This includes the toppings, gross. The bread was soft and not toasted at all. The meat quality was very sub par. And the pickle that was provided was the saddest excuse of a pickle I have ever seen. It was rubbery and it just looked like a teething baby had sucked all the life out of it before it was put onto my wimpy little basket next to my sad little sandwich. I like what the franchise is about, or appears to be about, but they need to close their doors and completely revamp their food. If you want a comparison Subway is much better. And if you actually want a good sandwich go down the street to Jersey Mike’s. I went today for the 1st time. This heat is no joke so a good cold sandwich sounded amazing and big glass of sweet tea lol! The guy at the counter was sweet and helpful and patient. He gave me the whole shpill and seemed to enjoy working there. The person that handed me my sandwich was rude, but hey everyone has bad days she probably didn’t mean to be. Will be back. Spent 38.00 on food 1 sandwiched was missing called back up there to inform them about the mistake they made,.I asked them to to remake my order over when I bring everything back. We wanted to eat as a family. When I arrived I was told Alex the GM said he couldn't make my order over ok I just asked for my money back driving from Nesbitt to Olivebranch back to Nesbitt and back for a mistake you'll made I would have thought the least you could have done was made my food fresh thanks Alex. Today, approximately 30 minutes ago. I just wasted $15 and some odd cents. Sandwiches are sloppily made. Worker could not comprehend don’t toast sandwich. Black guy with long dreads and no hair net helping make sandwiches. Nice white guy came to confirm the remake of my order. The workers still made it wrong. The carton containing the sandwich was sloppy and greasy. The bag is greasy. They need some training on how to properly handle food and infection control. Will not be back.
