Waited an extra 30 minutes for one medium and one large sandwich. ordered online. I came 10 minutes after it was due, so I waited by the door. The dining area was a mess, trash not throws away and staff talking loudly. Will not be coming back. Meatball was gross, barely melted and sloppy.

Witnessed a shift lead drop a large honey ham on the floor, and proceed to slice the meats and serve it. The event was witnessed by the owners on camera, however in order to avoid “waste” the matter was brushed off. Online orders are often made much earlier in advance than necessary, higher pricing for average, mediocre, fast food. Run by younger people. Sanitizing buckets are not changed every two hours, nor for each shift. The lobby is not very often swept, workers constantly on their phones. Greedy multi unit franchise owners, don’t expect much. Finally; the floor is flooded on a daily basis despite the building being opened last August.

Almost all the tables were dirty, and the food was made wrong twice. The second time I just ate what ever they brought out because the wait was about 20 min each time.
That being said the food did at least taste good & the kitchen staff were polite about trying to fix it.
I just expect better for the price, I don't think I'll be coming back to this location.

Ordered online, had to wait 30 minutes after arriving even though they were only moderately busy. Really rude staff, did not want to help at all. Manager seemed flustered, overwhelmed and had poor control of the situation. Refused to accept my coupon, mostly younger staff. Will not be returning, my sandwich was sloppy and thrown together. Very skimpy on meats, dirty lobby.

online order. pulled up to drive thru and had to say hello a few times before finally being told to pull up to window. waited approx 20 mins before they finally tried to give us the wrong order (it was for the car behind us who had a mobile order). the lady finally gave us our order but it tasted like it had been sitting for quite a while. the meatballs and bread were so dry. just not worth the price.
