Ordered a salad and got this! The quality of lettuce pictured is absolutely criminal. Yes there were toppings but mostly toppings I asked them to leave off. Ordered on line on Monday and as soon as we walked in I knew it was a mistake. The restaurant was full but mostly with people standing, waiting for their orders. I can forgive a wait but the restaurant, especially the men's room, was filthy. Absolutely cannot think of coming back to this site. Food is good but took way to long to get sandwich. So many people waiting. It shouldn't take 30 minutes to get sandwich. I get all businesses are short staffed but then owner's of this business need to be working here also. Had I known it was going to take this long to get sandwich I would have gone to Subway! Been going to Firehouse Subs for years now. This was my second and last time at this location. The recent reviews (middle of 2023) are all accurate. There doesn't appear to be any care given by the employees. Including my meal, it appeared that three other guests were having issues the day I visited. Ok location.....nice staff..BUT NEVER very quick on getting your food....the typical wait is between 15 to 35 min to get a sandwich....kind of unfortunate but seem to always be understaffed...the food is good though...place is always clean....
