While this restaurant is clearly going thru changes everyone was polite and honest. On a busy evening we expected to have longer waiting times and while this was the case due to staffing issues however even tho things took a little longer then what would be considered normal we were constantly checked on and apologized to. I would definitely recommend and will come back hopefully the kinks are worked out the atmosphere is beautiful outside is peaceful and serene. Thanks Firefin for a great night. This is fine dining dont expect to be in and out in 1 hour or less.

Overall, a great family dining experience. A little bit of a wait, but worth every minute. Our meals were amazing and the drinks were delicious. The keylime martini was decadent. The staff, server and manager were all very attentive and were very passionate about making our experience the very best. They even provided us with creme brulee on the house for our wait. So we had a’7:15 reservations and arrived before 7. Took over 5 minutes standing at the hostess stand for the 15 year olds working there to even acknowledge us. We told them we’ll be at the bar waiting for our table Got to the bar full of glasses and plates with two overwhelmed bartenders We then again waited over 15 minutes to be acknowledge. 20 minutes after our reservations past we went back to the hostess stand to be seated. We were then seated to wait another 20 minutes without even one employee acknowledging us. We finally decided we were not wanted so we got up to leave. Funny enough a manger (or someone in a suit) noticed our leaving and we politely told him we’ve been ignored for the last hour. He literally said nothing. No apology or even an attempt to change our minds So we left. Food “may” be great who knows but the service and managements? Non existent.
