Today our family held a surprise 70 th for my mom at Fiore Rosso. This is a small family owned Italian restaurant which pays attention to fine detail when it comes to catering. The food was delicious and the service was outstanding. I can say my family is full of picky eaters and everyone really enjoyed their meals. I highly recommend this establishment for catering, hosting parties and a nice quality dinner. BYOB and be hungry - generous portions. My personal favorite is the penne vodka and chicken Marsala. We organized our mother’s 60th bday at Fiore Rosso and we were very happy with our experience. 1) Food: we ordered from one of their menu packages: penne vodka (amazing), eggplant Parm and Chicken Saltimbocca; guests loved the meal. 2) staff: everyone was very attentive from the setup to the actual meal. Really top notch and this made a difference. 3) our meal took place during their closed hours so we had the restaurant to ourselves…they played our favorite music and the kids were able to enjoy themselves. My girlfriend and I are always looking for that hidden gem we can frequent and I do believe we found that here at Fiore Rosso. This quaint Italian restaurant delivers delicious entrees and is met with smiling faces and wonderful service. We had the pleasure of meeting Tracey, our waitress, who was accommodating, personable and a joy to speak with. I enjoyed the Veal Munn which was extraordinary and my girlfriend enjoyed Penne Vodka, while a simple dish, she mentioned it was the best she’s ever had. It is obvious to me how this restaurant has been around for decades. Fiore Rosso is the perfect place to break bread and enjoy each other’s company. Well done Chef! We’ll be back soon! As usual, spectacular meal Dinner with family at @fiorerosso1825 and dinner was fantastic! Filet and mushroom brushetta, crab asparagus brushetta and chicken donnanelle....(sorry if I misspelled dishes) but wow everything was delicious. Danielle shud be an Iron Chef!!! We've been meaning to come here, but we've never made it we used to go to Kathy's restaurant here in Toms River but this restaurant was also recommended to us but we were very happy at Kathy's. Kathy's closed down without notice so we needed a new home LOL my wife Pamela and I celebrated our 33rd anniversary and we decided to come to Fiero Rosso and give it a try, everything was perfect, the food was spectacular, the appetizers were perfect, cappuccino was as best as you can get and the desert was spectacular, the service was Top Notch tell me the restaurant was very clean, it was pretty busy and everybody had their hands full but they did not miss a beat we will definitely be back Service Dine in Meal type Dinner Price per person $50–100 Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

We had a great anniversary dinner. Food was delicious and service was friendly and attentive. Our former favorite Italian restaurant recently changed ownership and we were not happy with the change in menu. We have definitely found our new favorite Italian restaurant! Decided, on a chance, to try Fiore Rosso for dinner tonight with another couple. Wasn’t sure what we would get, but decided to give it a try. Was utterly impressed with the quality and quantity of food, the price, extremely reasonable, and the service by Michele was just outstanding. Sometimes you take a chance, on a place you’ve never been to and you find that it is more than worth it. Danielle, the chef and owner came out to talk to us personally and she does all the cooking. Such a diverse menu. Everything from pasta, seafood, steaks, and other specialty entrees. I like soup and could not resist trying the tomato and crab soup. I’ve never tasted anything quite like it. Fantastic is all I can say. We will certainly be back.
