My husband brought me here as a surprise before Christmas. We had the chef’s tasting menu curated by Chef Gabe. The menu was personally catered to our likes. Everything was phenomenal. Incredible service and incredible food. The atmosphere in this restaurant is really intimate and lovely, especially on a snowy night. The ingredients used by this restaurant are selected with intentionality and care, sourced local. Can’t recommend more! Service Dine in Meal type Dinner Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

It seems like there is a new breakfast menu (or maybe I just haven't tried some of these items). But it is GOOD! We tried the steak & onion omelet and the bagel with salmon lox. Only wish we would have gone for the donuts, too. Can't wait to come back for dinner! Service Dine in Meal type Breakfast Price per person $20–30 Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
Every meal was outstanding! From breakfast to dinner, Fielding’s didn’t disappoint. For breakfast, my favorite was the avocado toast. Although all the menu items look amazing, for dinner, I recommend starting with the potato croquets. So good! The wedge salad & ribeye were also very good. And kudos to the hard working & friendly staff!

We came in for my wife’s birthday on a Thursday night; we made reservations, but this was not necessary. Our overall experience was really good and we will definitely be back. One weird thing is that they have a very small appetizer menu, so we skipped the apps. However, we ordered two shareable sides with our entrées, but these came out early as appetizers (I saw this happen at other tables too). These sides were good (we had the roast carrots and fingerling potatoes, and both were excellent) but I wish they would have been brought with the mains and not 15-20 minutes before. My wife ordered the Venison Tenderloin; when it came to the table, it looked a little under cooked, but it was excellent (the kitchen nailed it)—10/10. I ordered the half chicken. The chicken itself was cooked well, but I really felt like it was a game of hide-and-seek to find the meat on the bone-in chicken. I wish I could have gotten a better cut prepared exactly the same way (as the flavors, sauce, and accompanying vegetables were fantastic). For dessert, we tried the pear tart and the chocolate cake (don’t remember the exact name). Both were good. The chef recommended the pear tart, and it did not disappoint. It was a unique dessert that you don’t often see. One last note is that the wine list was especially small, so you may be limited if you are looking for something particular. If I could give 4.5 stars, I would for the app/side weirdness and the chicken, but, since I cannot, I think a 5-star better represents the experience. This place used be our go to for date night or special occasions. I have talked this place up to so many people. Now I will be telling everyone to not even bother. It has changed so much, and sadly, NOT for the better. I loved this place because of the Chef's tasting menu as I have an adventurous palette. My husband, not so much. We were in tonight,And sadly that will be THE LAST time. As with a lot of restaurants, they have I creased their prices, which is completely understandable, and I was willing to happily pay the $125 for the aforementioned tasting menu. Our waiter came to take our order, and it was at that point that we learned that the now REQUIRE the ENTIRE table to participate in the tasting menu, and they also charged the $125 for each person sitting ath the table. Super disappointed. The service was not great. We will definitely not be back. Don't wast your time here. After we left, we found it quite amusing that Fieldings was virtually empty, and every other restaurant in the area had at least a 45 minute wait. Way to alienate the community. Service Dine in

The bison meat was weird texture and lacked flavor. Everything else was top notch, great attention from staff, coffee to go, and avocado toast. We even got our server to ask other staff about hiking trails near Big Sky. I ate for free as a hotel membership amenity. Business traveler here; always trying to find the best local food and cocktails without the hype. This place is home! Wonderful setting. Fantastic cocktails. The carrot starter is to die for! Venison with huckleberry and cauliflower was delicious! Fresh, local microgreens and edible flowers are a classy touch. Traci was my server tonight and every recommendation and description was spot on. Will definitely be back! Meal type Dinner Price per person $50–100 Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

Poorly done and overpriced, even by Bozeman standards. I’ve eaten everywhere in town, I enjoy fine dining, I’ve happily spent 200$ on a meal for a special occasion. I say this because my complaints sound like they’re coming from a yokel: This place is overpriced, with tiny portions, and any home cook could do better. My steak coulotte was tough, bland, and microscopic. The pureed potatoes were gluey. Everything was the temperature of an above ground pool in May. If I was serving this to a guest at my home I would apologize. The roasted potatoes hadn’t been turned in the oven. So one side of the wedges tasted of burnt bacon grease, while the other sides were pale and bland. The pickles were great. We left famished and bored at over 50$ per person. I assume this place is kept afloat by visitors that care neither about the price nor quality of the food, and are simply amused to see bison on a menu. Favorite breakfast place in Bozeman!! Sydney is the best bartender. The food is fresh and high quality. Thick cut bacon, fresh avocado, and the burrito is massive!!!!! The cocktails are all made from scratch. This is the only place I found that has espresso martinis. Bottomless mimosas for $15 with high quality brut. Open 7-10:30am everyday. Alcohol served after 8am. You do not have to be a guest at the hotel to dine here. Service Dine in Meal type Breakfast Price per person $20–30
