What a lovely place to get EXCELLENT tea! Interior is excellent, drive thru is super handy, and tea is delicious. I appreciate their questions on how much ice and sweetness! Try the oolong milk tea and you won’t be disappointed!!! Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

I went into Fengcha while service was slow. I was the only customer in the place and I put in an order for 3 drinks, one of those drinks I paid to have extra boba. While the worker was making my order a group of 3 people came in and got in line to order. The worker got my attention and let me know they were OUT of boba so the 2nd scoop I paid for, I wouldn’t be able to get. Seconds later another Female worker scooped 2 large scoops of Boba into a cup for one of the 3 people that ordered after me. When I asked the male worker making my drink about it he said he wanted to make sure everyone had boba for their drink. So he was trying to “ make the boba stretch” this is BULLSHIT. I as a customer that is not my responsibility for me to worry about if they have enough for everyone that’s on them. I PAID for extra so extra is what I Expect. I didn’t “Stretch” my money so I expect what I paid for. First come, First Serve. WORST SERVICE IVE HAD HERE IN A WHILE.
