Worst breakfast experience ever. The chef is screaming from the kitchen when I asked the waitress to swap out the bacon for mushroom. Half of what we asked for they did not have. A cute little store, you have to flag down help and wait but the service received was good. The waitress was really friendly. The drinks were refreshing. I would however suggest you relook your drinks menu especially for the hot days in Durban...everyone is looking for smoothies or more drinks with crushed ice...like your iced coffee, frappes, smoothies etc.

Warning: If you have allergies of any sort, avoid this place. They don't know what ingredients are in the food and they will give you the wrong items. Don't bother, rather go to Steers inside or just drink some water and wait to get to somewhere better. Ordered pomegranate boba, I got peach and then was gaslit for 30 minutes by multiple members of their staff into believing it was pomegranate. The mint in the drink was replaced by parsley, I didn't bother pointing it out lest I be told my eyes aren't working. The salad wasn't dressed and when dressing was requested, I received the wrong one. When they aren't twisting the truth, the waitstaff is quite attentive. So that was nice. Asked if they served beers, waiter walked away didn't say yes or no. Came back to the table asked agaim said no we dont. You either know you serve or not.. My husband ordered steak, egg and chips, said medium rare came out charcoal and dry. Came with a piece of toast. NO BUTTET DRY AND COLD. I ordered a chicken schnitzel came as chicken strips, disgusting didn't even take the left overs for my dog's The lighting was no existant sat in the dark and there was no load shedding. We told the waiter was in the one ear and out the other..... Like care attitute. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

The breakfast and tea we had here was less than mediocre. Shut down this establishment for health and safety reasons. Customers satisfaction is not taken into account, and there is no care, passion nor pride in serving meals. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

This place used to have such friendly staff. Yesterday I felt invisible as I waited inside(where the till is). I asked for a menu so I could order a takeaway coffee. I was ready to order as waiters just rushed past me and ignored me. They all saw me standing me there but they kept conversing with each other. It wasn't that busy. Disgusting attitude. Hire people who actually care. And I was so wanting to try the coconut mocha with honeycomb too! 😥

Service was terrible. Ordered tramazzini with avocado only to be told 10 minutes later that they did not have asked if they could substitute avocado with mushrooms didn't have that either.
