Good coffee at very local & affordable price (40-50 THB). Open from 6am (I arrived 6:15 on Sunday) even though Google Maps said 6:30. Very friendly staff and superb service (assumed owners) Relaxing environment and plenty of parking space in the building and around. I'll stop by again.
