As you can see.. my take out order basically had no sauce.. i have noticed if you get baked anything, they do not give sufficient sauce and maybe mix the sauce with the noodles before sticking it in the oven. Had to spend 10 min just cajoling the noodles apart. Edit: it still tastes decent, but just very dry. If u order baked anything, be prepared to try to mix it instantly. Service was fast and their lunch specials are a good deal. I love their breadsticks - much better than Olive gardens, and consistent. We stopped in for lunch and the first interaction with the woman at the register (assuming she was manager) she was rude and seemed frustrated. We waited 23 minutes for our food and when I asked if we could just start with our breadsticks she said you can wait for your meal as you can see we are busy and you came in at the wrong time. First of all, I was really hungry when I went here. I've been to a Fazoli's a few times before in the past and it was always rather meh. I had the baked ziti with meat sauce. They brought to the table and hit with the fresh grated parmesan. It was pretty good. The breadsticks are legit. The sticks are better than Rocky Rococo's, and may be even better than Olive Garden's. Not bad food. They seem to be very under staffed. You have to go and ask for more bread sticks. They do not come to you any more or they do t have the staff to come to you. Food was tasty. They staff member brought it out to me and asked if I wasted fresh parmesan cheese on it and I say yes. To which rereplied this better be fast. Why ask if you don't have time. I will not be back any time soon.

I've never been so amazed with Fazolis than I was with this visit. The staff was attentive, management quick to help in anyway possible. Even if you just needed a refill. They weren't very busy but you can tell it's like this all the time because the excellent customer service just seem to come naturally. I'll be back.
