I was really disappointed in the service that I received this evening at the location in Pueblo. I was visiting on a Tuesday, yes it is Kids night. I was in the process of ordering my kids their meals first. As I usually do anywhere I go ,and the gentleman taking my order rudely interrupted me. He said, “ I know it’s kids night but you HAVE to order an Entree”. I responded with “I understand that , but I haven’t finished ordering”. He let me continue with my order. As I got to the window it was obvious the gentleman was irritated. Once I got my food everything was literally thrown in the bag. I didn’t get everything I ordered and the quality of their service was very poor.When I called to let them know I didn’t receive everything I ordered … I received the same attitude. While in pueblo we usually eat here. But this evening it was a not as usual experience. First we got part of our food and the young woman forgot the salads. Then we asked for ranch and breadsticks. She brought ranch and said there was no bread sticks made. She said that she would bring some when they got done. Twenty minutes later we went and asked for some bread sticks since we hadn't got any. Her reply was they burned them. So as we were leaving I asked about bread sticks again and she asked the cook to make some. Said it would be a bit. Then within like a minute she brings 4 bread sticks for 4 meals. We just left. My wife over heard the cook saying that's all they are getting. Not sure what that was all about. The food is ALWAYS delicious but it's always wrong when I pick it up. Tonight, the order wasn't only wrong, but it's missing paid for pieces. I broke my Femur, so after ordering online, I sent my dad to pick it up with high hopes that things would be different. When he returned, the tradition continued. I paid for mushrooms and received broccoli instead, and the pepperoni pizza wasn't in the bag either. The sauce on the side wings, were on the wings, and there wasn't a ranch included either. The staff is absolutely wonderful, and they've never had a problem fixing the orders, but it shouldn't be mistaken every single time TO HAVE to refix. This time, I can't drive back, and my dad doesn't want to waste the gas this go around. I love this place, I just wish they would do things correctly. On the flip side, I have tried some pretty neat combinations from all the errors throughout the year. Tonight's concoction was broccoli in spaghetti, and as much as I'd prefer the paid for mushrooms, it wasn't too bad. Meal type Dinner

I cane in on Feb. 17th .It was pretty busy but my food still came out hot and the customer service was great the server Barbara Was able to provide excellent service Considering it was pretty busy She was very Kind was able to help me and a lot of other customers with what we needed in a timely manner. I reccomend eating here. The service was great even while it was busy .our server Barbara was awesome. She took care of customers coming in an maintained the customers dining in. Made sure everybody had breadsticks and Togo boxes. In a timely manner. I went with my family and was greeted nicely by “Dom” and a young lady, he was patient with my family’s order and recommended that I tried their new cake. I drove a half hour here to get food. Got all the way home and half my food was missing. I called and no one would ever reply back or answer. So your welcome for my free money. I never got my food. I never got a call back. I never got an apology. You SUCK! You will definitely NOT be getting any of my money ever again. Enjoy my free money. Went through the drive thru and was asked to park for our pizza. They weren't even busy. We waited 14 minutes. My husband went inside to find out what was going on and they said they has to put the pizza in the oven again. Oh and when we were waiting we seen 2 employees in the dining area, 1 mixing the tea and the other just running around. My son and I had a great experience here today. We apparently beat the rush so we were helped at the counter very quickly, made our order and found our seats. The hostess was very nice and brought us extra bread sticks with out even asking jus coz my son said he was excited to have some! The food came out and was hot and fresh. We'll definitely be going here again!
