The food was great for a quick lunch. My only little problem was that the food was a bit salty. We had two pastas that were salty. The breadsticks as well. They were great just a bit over salty. We also had a salad and the chicken on it was so good. 5/5! The service and staff are awesome! I have been standing in like for over 30 min because the drive through is closed and lunch special ends in 7 min and she is the only one up here getting everyone’s food together & not helping anyone standing in line while she waits for more food to come out from the back. She needs to multitask because there is a line behind me & god knows if they want the lunch special too & she definitely needs more help so people are not standing here for ever. I have health problems & I can’t stand that long due to the pain & that wait is just ridiculous I really preferred the drive through but it’s whatever now. She also didn’t know how to add things to an order 🤦🏽‍♀️ I wish there was a closer Fazoli’s to me but they closed it or I would go closer then driving 30 mins to this one. Didn't know that delivery drivers get priority. Was in the restaurant for10 minute's and 3 drivers came in after me. They took the time to make up the drivers orders and asked me if I ordered yet. I answered yeah. They asked me what did you order ? I replied you forgot my order. They then rushed to put my order together rather sloppily. I lost my appetite. I've been to this location many times and not had any issues with the food or service. The reason for the low rating is due to staff eating their meals in the same area as the customers with their phone volume loud enough it fills the entire area. It was amazing! I took my kids and husband and everybody loved it. The space was clean, and Amber (our server) was so nice. I don’t go out often but this food was great for a last minute choice. Food would be 5 stars except we spent a little over 40 dollars for the super family meal only to get home and find one of the sauces with meatballs missing which was what my 6 year old wanted the most. With traffic we werent going to drive 30 minutes back for the sauce. 😔 Other than that food is good and pickup was quick. OMG I had the meatball sub and it was so yummy! I couldn't even finish it because it was huge. Perfect for the price. The lady brought it to our table and everything. My daughter had the spaghetti and my father in law had the baked spaghetti and my mother in law had that new bowl with the meat. No one has any complaints. We even ordered extra bread sticks to go! Was given the wrong order. Went back to the restaurant about 30 min later, and they had my original order all packed up, ready to go. So that means it sat there for over 30 min. When I opened the 2nd order, they gave me it was wrong AGAIN. Finally, get home with the correct order and enjoying it only to bite into hair. Will not go back. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
