Not a great experience tonight. Waited 15+ minutes, no service no greet. Had to approach host to get a server. Ordered food and drink at same time, eventually had to go to bar and grab our drinks after watching them sit there for extended period of time. Food was ok, no complaints on that front. But again had to track someone down to get our check and waitress was obviously annoyed, I used the word "ignored" and so did she. Not sure if it's a staff issue or management but not happy with our service tonight. Even the table beside us made comments about having to track down a server. Just not acceptable regardless. What can I say. They are doing things with burgers here that most places can only dream about. It might take a minute to get your hand crafted burger but you will feel like it was made just for you. Wow I can't describe how much of a disappointment this place has become. We showed up at 6pm and got seated immediately but that's where the good stops. We ordered our appetizers soon as our very sweet waitresses came to us and then ordered our food and we waited and waited and waited 35 min later we get our appetizers. Then another 35 minutes to get our food. All our food was cold both burgers,potatoe boats and wings. At one point I asked someone how come we've been here over an hour and just got our food they said the kitchen was backed up that's funny considering that the dining room was completely empty besides 3 other tables. How far this places has fallen normally on a Saturday night they'd be packed shows you there doing something wrong. We ended up asking for boxes and check soon as our food finally showed up since we wasted so much time. Food was cold . I had to go in and find out where all the food was . Some came out late and even it was cold. Server didn't come around and ask if we needed refills on our drinks . Worst place in the valley. This was suppose to be my wife 70 birthday and it suck there. I will never go back and I WILL tell all my friends about this place. I wish I could put a negative number for the ratings. And what is even worse they weren't busy at all. This place just sucks !!!!
