Farm Food tastes better when it’s washed -BEFORE- it’s given to a customer. I got a Salad among other things from their menu…. But the Salad was UNEDIBLE due to their lack of washing it. you could feel the dirt and sand and whatever else was in it. ( no it wasnt the crunchiness of the lettuce that was used ) Farmer Boys USED to be a very nice alternative to Fast Food Restaurants but not anymore. Way overpriced and the lack of quality food, customer service and affordable prices will not make me a repeat customer. We waited 45, and no one told the manager that the order tickets were not working on the back printer. Told them we had been waiting 30 minutes, and they gave everyone else after us their food and till had us wait another 15 minutes. We are upset with the facted that they didn't even try to rectified the situation. Got our refund after they stated the printer was not working in the back. I explained to her the minute the cooks saw you taking orders and nothing printed out. The cooks should have communicated that to someone. Sabrina is extremely rude not only to customers but co workers as well while waiting for her to help me with order she scolding Judy I believe her name was and the cooks, when she decided to help me she ignored me and called to someone else. This assures me that farmer boys is not a place to go to, I’ve been to one once I believe. I won’t be going back again. Plus in the end I had a scoop of chicken in my 16 dollar salad.😂 Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

First food no where near as good as it used to be. Second they forget my toast when i got through the drive through and after i walk inside to get my toast after noticing it’s not there i get back to my car to eat my toast and it’s a butter sandwich.
