Great chicken wings! Rangoon were good also.. The boneless pork was tough n dry ..fried rice needs more stuff in it. Brown color instead of ah-so red. You got to know what to stay away from. The sweet and sour chicken is normal. All the fried rice doesn't taste that good to those that know what it is supposed to taste like. Chinese veg. Is ok-ish. Eggrolls are OK but greasy. Most of the good ratings here are from people that don't know good Chinese from bad or got lucky. Restaurants are a hard business I loved Chinese but I just can't go here no more.

The food is way over priced. The portions are tiny. And worst of all. It's absolutely awful. If you eat in the service is terrible as well. Not sure how this place is still open but definitely avoid it at all costs Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

Worst chinese I've ever had. It was like they scraped 3 day old dishes . Onto our plates, no exaggerating . Pork fried rice hard , dry , (pork in it was like beef jerky w/only no flavor. ) lo mien also hard ,dry ,& starchy! Crab Rangoon no filling ! My 2 teriyaki steak sticks ? 1 cut in half . No joke look at the picture. Even the tea was cold I used to love this place ! I never write bad reviews usually. This time I just couldn't get the bad . Taste out of my mouth. So we went there at 2 in the afternoon on a Friday. 1st of all the lunch specials that used to be $7 or $8 are now $12 . 《 I think to myself okay no Scorpion bowl. But foods great it will be worth it》 Wrong answer ! Don't waste your money or your time. My sister & I used to meet up . Once a week without fail . 2 lunch specials and a scorpion bowl.( Sometimes 2) I must say though. The waitress was a complete sweetheart! We tipped her extra because we felt like alot of people. Absolutely the worst "Chinese' food I have ever had. Barely edible. Greasy, nasty tasting food. . .If I could leave no stars I would. This place used to have really good food. Then, the original owners sold out and new management took over. They immediately started using cheaper food products and changed the recipe on many items. Since the changes, I have bought food there on three occasions. It was terrible every time. Total waste of money. If you want good Chinese food, drive the few extra miles to the Lotus Blossom in Farmington, Maine. The food is always excellent and they have very generous portions. You may pay a little bit more but it is well worth it. I will not go to any Chinese restaurant around here other than the Lotus Blossom. To make matters worse, the Far East charges an automatic tip for take out orders, with a minimum tip charge of 18%. Totally outrageous, if not illegal. At the Lotus Blossom, there is no extra charge for take out orders. If you are thinking of going to the Far East to spend a significant amount of money, DO NOT DO IT. You will be very disappointed.
