Order food on line and paid for it with my debit card. I got a call back a few minutes later telling me they didn't have some of the food items that I had order. I said I understood , but just cancel my order then. They said ok and they were about to hang up when I said wait a minute are you going to refund my card the $32? They said they couldn't over the phone. They said I would have drive all the way down to the store for them to refund my card. I said this is just poor customer service. They didn't care. I will never order food from this place again.

Nothing says authentic like Fantasticos in Cave Creek AZ. You'd better brush up on your Spanish to place an order. I think that's what makes the food taste so good. It's all about heart and soul when they prepare food. Love the staff and nice old Town feeling. Carne Asada plate, not chopped, ask for whole piece, it's amazing and better flavor.
