We decided to use this establishment for Christmas evening dinner & it was awesome! We ordered the "All American BBQ Feast" & it was EVERYTHING they said it would be. The "ribs" were outstanding, not fatty at all! We'll be doing this again! A great value & time saver! I always forget how good the food is here. Solid smoked and barbeque offerings (natch) and all the accompanying accoutrements. The only reason I marked off slightly was because they were just busy enough that we had to move aside a tray to get the table we wanted, but otherwise very clean and welcoming. The food of course is the star, and it's lights out. There is a reason that Famous Dave's is a Minnesota institution. Must go, repeat, and be reminded. Great service and food received today at this location. Had the 2 meat lunch with pulled pork and brisket and it was delicous! The woman at the counter who took our order was so very nice and polite. This Famous Dave's has some great Bar-B-Que, probably the best Famous Dave's we've ever eaten at if you are a fan of this chain. It is also the only counter service Famous Dave's I have eaten at, as all the others I have been to were more sit-down dining with serving staff. But they do have some limited seating for dining-in, in this smaller building. The two ladies running the counter were great, too! SUPER BUSY on Sunday 5/28/23, but I ran in to just get a piece of lemon cake. I ordered online, when I was standing IN LINE, and it still took 15 min, but I didn't mind waiting. Just a heads up to anyone ordering like that. I did check on my order, to the cashier, to make sure it didn't get lost. The cashier this day was alerting all future orders that it was a 45 min wait. I thought that was really nice. Some people stayed, some left. I asked for extra raspberry sauce. This cake is sooooo worth the $9.75 original price! Amazing bbq especially if you ask for their special hot sauce. 🔥 it is super spicy so be careful do not touch your face or eyes by accident. Meat was tender and full or flavor. Their pies were amazing as well! Staffs were super friendly and attentive. Seating were sort of blocked from other tables so it felt private. Overall, will come back. My husband and I went here to eat late at night. We were the only table and the cashier was friendly. It was our first time eating here so the cashier explained how to order. Our food got to us pretty quickly and the food was plentiful. We got the Feast for Two, which I think can be eaten by 4 people because of the portion size. Everything tasted really great! Plenty of parking, smallish but cozy, clean dining inside, friendly staff, 15 min wait for the food but immediate seating. The food was outstanding!

Always a great experience at this location! Food is always amazing, staff is friendly and very nice. Great place for a quick lunch, will be back!
