The guy who runs this place really knows his stuff! He's thoughtful and careful about the brewing, flavor and how add-ins work with his drinks. I have sincerely never had a better coffee than what I got at this place!

Evan is a lovely person who REALLY CARES about making great cold brew. And it shows- his drink is delicious.
The place is easy to miss. Look for Michi Ramen. Go inside. The coffee counter is tucked into the front right corner of the business.
There is one drink only, but it is really, really good. I highly recommend.
