Honestly I’m extremely picky with birria tacos. I am somewhat new to temple and wanted to try some, and after looking at reviews decided to give this place a try. BEST BIRRIA TACOS IVE EVER HAD. Where can I even start! This place is amazing! If you want the real thing, look no further. You will not regret it, I can hardly ever find good quesabirria and gorditas, the lady definitely has it down. There is an extraordinary amount of flavor in every single bite. The consomé is so delicious, it’s not just any broth, it’s liquid gold! And the salsa is also great, my favorite is the red - it’s spicy but so much sazón. The Gordita (carnitas) was so amazing I had to get a second. And last but not least- the charro beans are something out of this world!! I will definitely be coming back for another round of gorditas and quesabirria tacos, 100% recommend coming here, your money will be very well spent! Stopping here is the best decision a person can make! The food was delicious and fresh and the little boy taking orders was adorable and super attentive! I love seeing family operations that taste like home. I don’t live in Temple but I’ll definitely be back for Estella’s food!
