My wife and I went here to celebrate our 45th anniversary. It was our 1st visit and we were delighted with everything--the food was perfect, the service by our waiter Jackson was cheerful, prompt & accurate. We had a nice, quiet table by the window. My wife's salmon was superb as was my fungi con panna. The pistachio cake was out of this world. Prices were fair. We will definitely be back soon. Just don't tell anybody else, okay? We spent about 2 weeks between Portland and Bat Harbor, especially looking for places the locals love. We dined at the bar and learned several of the parties next to us come in every week for the dynamic menu and Renaissance cocktails. Everything utensils and bev send singular. Nothing rote or tired. Pros: lightly fried artichoke hearts. WOW! Lavender Gimlet, woohoo! Cons: hmmm. Only open 4 nights?? The atmosphere was nice, 70s music in the background, at just the right volume. Service was perfect. Good selection of beverages (something for everyone), and the food delicious. This restaurant has the local feel. It’s cozy and friendly. We will definitely make this one of our regulars. The artichoke and arancini appetisers were great but the mains were subpar and underwhelming. We also ended up sending a fizzy tasting bottle a wine back and were gaslighted by the waitstaff and ended up getting charged for it. Greek and Italian food are fantastic on their own but unfortunately this place manages to combine the worst qualities of it— would recommend they stick to one lane. Service Dine in Meal type Lunch Price per person $50–100 Food: 2 Service: 3 Atmosphere: 5 Recommended dishes Fried Artichoke Hearts
Came here for cocktails & the kitchen was closed but they still had dessert. I really liked the build your own negroni! Get the olive oil/pistachio cake for dessert… it was unbelievably delicious!! Staff is super nice too. Service Dine in

We had a lovely time dining here last night. I was pleasantly surprised to get a same day reservation and we were asked if bar seating was ok. It turns out that was the best seat in the house thanks to Henry. It was fun to watch him create cocktails and he was so friendly. The food was delicious and the Alfredo was one of the best we have ever tried (and my boyfriend tries them all). I just realized that we dove into the Alfredo and I never got a picture). We didn’t have room for dessert but we plan to next time we visit!

Tried the funghi dish a while ago and now I'm craving it on the regular. As always, Henry (bartender/owner) and Carla (owner) are the best! Service Dine in Meal type Dinner Price per person $50–100 Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5 Recommended dishes Saliciccia

Everything was so good. We had three courses- the main courses were both so fresh and flavorful. My husband described the bruschetta as the best he’s ever had. Nonna’s olive oil cake was fantastic. We will be back, and often! Service Dine in Meal type Dinner Price per person $30–50 Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

May 2022 2 stars for cocktails. This is suppose to be bolognese. My second attempt at trying to like the food. My first dish taste like olive brine. The dish did have olives but the entire dish tasted like olives. Waitress got the appetizer wrong twice. We were actually laughing about it because we really do try to like the food as much as the drinks. But there food really sucks. They just serve dry pasta. Check out my photos. I swear I never took one bite. This is how little ingredients there are on the pasta. It’s hilarious and pretty cheeky because of what they charge. It’s lie a 1000 mark up for dry pasta
